FEMA obligates $76.6 million for the island's vaccine expenses

Last month, it was announced that FEMA, would send $76.6 million to Puerto Rico for the purchase of an additional million vaccines. We talked to FEMA to clarify the purpose of these funds. Meanwhile, school teachers are starting to come back to campus & preparing to receive students this month.
