Reconstruction on the island is an ongoing process

What was seen in Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria was devastating, to say the least. From that moment on, Puerto Rico entered into a massive reconstruction process that’s been delayed because of many factors. We talked to The Federal Emergency Management Agency, better known as FEMA, to get an update on this process.
